Its easy.
You schedule the open house and fill out our listing information form. We take the information form (which includes information regarding the house, the neighborhood and general area, such as shopping, entertainment, your other listings, etc.) and create both a Why This House™ and Why This Area™ information form.
On the morning of the open house, you either place your signs, or provide them to us with a map as to where they need to go. We hold the open house.
Our trained, bonded Kirlo Hosts seek to discover whether visitors are currently working with another agent and what their home needs and desires are. All the information gathered by the professional Kirlo Host will be provided to you via email report and comma-separated file which can usually be imported into a contact management system.
Kirlo hosts will not discuss or negotiate price - we can't, we are not licensed - we are not your competitors - we leave the negotiations up to you. If a prospect seems particularly interested in the hosted home, one of your other listings or is motivated to purchase quickly, we call you immediately so you can either get on the phone with the prospect or meet with them where you can conduct the negotiations.
