(1) Kirlo will place up to 10 Open House signs per event as part of our hosting fee. In the event more signs are needed, additional signs can be placed and removed for a fee of $10.00 per sign. All signs must be dropped off at the designated Kirlo facility no later than the evening before the Open House event. Signs can be placed within a one-mile radius of the Open House as specified on an Open House sign map provided to Kirlo. Kirlo is not responsible for signs which are lost or stolen and client is responsible for all fines and other charges assessed for any violation of signage ordinances, rules or regulations. (2) If you wish, Kirlo’s Open House Host will provide information concerning you other listings to potential home buyers who visit your Open House event. If you would like to take advantage of this service, we ask that any materials be delivered to the designated Kirlo drop-off location no later than the evening prior to the event. (3) We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Purchase Orders and Company Checks as forms of payment. Open House events can only be cancelled on or before the Thursday preceding the event. Alternate properties within a 10 mile radius can be substituted on or before the Friday preceding the event. (4) By selecting “Yes” for the Kirlo Mailing List you authorize us to ocassionally send you educational materials from our partners, special offers, promotions, etc. via email. You may unsubscribe at any time by modifying your profile or sending an email with from from the account on file with unsubscribe in the headline.
