Would they meet the demands for open houses by their listing clients? If so, would they meet such demand by providing up and coming competition with a leg-up in their territories? Would they actually sit in open houses during the weekend “prime time” when they could use that time to secure other listings?
Enter Kirlo Open House Marketing. We saw a need for a service that would allow our listing broker and agent friends to satisfy existing listing clients with numerous open houses, while maintaining and extending their own brand names (no competitors getting face time with future listing clients), keeping buyer leads, and spending the weekends either growing their businesses, or with their families and friends.
